All of our sessions are held at Queensmead Sports Centre.

Our current sessions are listed below;

Monday 18:00-20:00 (term time courses & hourly pay as you go)

Friday 18:00-20:00 (term time courses & hourly pay as you go)

Saturday  09:00-10:30 (pay as you go)

Sunday 18:00-20:00 (term time courses)

We offer  term time courses for our Monday and Friday sessions,along with drop in pay as you go on Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays.

Our Sunday squad session is by invitation only.
